Leaders of the Day
Courage, Boldness and Excellence; these are the ingredients of all Leaders of the Day programs. Whether you are engaging in a one day “ignition” session, our Eco-Discovery Camp for kids, our Life Compass Program for young adults 18-29, a Leadership Expedition for teens, or our modularized Outdoor Educator Certification Program, the ultimate goals are the same. At Leaders of the Day we specialize in inviting people to step out of their everyday routines and to challenge themselves to boldly step across the threshold of some unforgettable adventures and experiences.
Leaders of the Day and the Institute for Transformative Experience were founded by Directors Jonathan Carroll and Tony Cox. Both bring a wealth of experience and 35 years combined in the Outdoor Education Industry. They have led, designed and developed programs on 3 continents and continue to bring innovative teaching methods and creativity to the world of Outdoor Education.
